Whether you need a quick top-line overview or a detailed breakdown of specific questions, the AI Executive Summary does the heavy lifting for you.

📊 Three Types of AI Outputs

The AI Executive Summary is broken down into three distinct sections to serve different analytical needs:

• Study Specs: A quick overview of your survey's target audience and the core research objective. (Note: If a research objective wasn't explicitly provided, our AI will intelligently deduce it based on the survey content).

• Executive Brief: A concise, top-level summary of the findings. This section is designed to be easily digestible—typically no longer than three paragraphs and under a 5-minute read.

• Strategic Deep Dive: Detailed, granular insights covering the entire survey. This is split by section, with each insight clearly labeled with its corresponding Question (Q) number for easy cross-referencing with your charts.

⚙️ How Generation & Filtering Works

You don't need to click a button to generate your summary; the platform handles it automatically.

Initial Generation

When you navigate to the Insights page for the first time, the AI will automatically begin analyzing the data.

• Loading Time: Generation takes approximately 1 to 1.5 minutes. During this time, you will see a Generating Insights animation.

• Faster Reloads: Once the summary is generated for the first time, it is saved on our backend. If you leave the page and come back, it will load almost instantly.

Applying Filters

The AI Executive Summary is dynamic. If you apply any filter to your data (e.g., filtering by a specific demographic or date range), the page will reload, and the AI will generate a brand new summary based only on that filtered sample. Expect the standard 1–1.5 minute loading time when a new filter is applied.

🖥️ Layout & Navigation Expectations

We have updated the layout to give the AI insights more breathing room:

• Dedicated Sections: Each of the three outputs (Study Specs, Executive Brief, Strategic Deep Dive) now lives in its own dedicated section. They are no longer merged with other visualizations (like the brand funnel).

• Scrolling Required: The summary panel is no longer sticky at the top of the page. This means you will need to scroll up and down to compare the written summary with the individual charts below it.

A Note on the Layout: We understand that not being able to read the summary and view the charts side-by-side can be a slight disruption to your workflow. Our Product & Engineering teams are already actively working on a "V2" enhancement to improve this experience. For now, the expanded text layout ensures you get the most comprehensive AI analysis possible.

• Like (Thumbs Up): Let us know if the insight was accurate and helpful.

• Dislike (Thumbs Down): Let us know if the AI missed the mark so we can improve the model.

• Copy: Instantly copy the exact text to your clipboard to paste into emails, slide decks, or reports.
