How long does it take to launch a survey to respondents?

Here's what happens after you submit a survey for review on our platform! 

No survey review

If you have launched a survey on our platform and you do not require a survey review, we will be able to launch it within 24 hours unless there are items that we need to check with you! 

Kindly take note that if we are not reviewing your survey questions, there are a few things to keep in mind about your survey results:

  1. Our ability to perform data cleaning (where we remove low-quality responses) will be limited to automated data cleaning available on our platform, which does not include manual data cleaning by a human.
  2. If we have not pre-approved your selected target audience, we may not be able to fulfill your desired sample size for more niche target audiences. We will get you as many as we can and let you know when we have exhausted our panel and can no longer collect additional responses.  

With survey review

If you do require a survey review, it will be provided to you within 24 hours for surveys that are at 40 questions and below. If it is longer than 40 questions, we will reach out to you and let you know when you can expect our survey review! 

Upon receiving our survey review, we will send your survey back to "Drafts" so that you can make the recommended changes. Upon your resubmission of the survey with all changes made, we will launch the survey within 24 hours. 

Kindly take note of the following regarding your survey results:

  1. Our ability to perform data cleaning (where we remove low-quality responses) may be impacted if you do not make the suggested changes in our survey review, and we may need to leave in certain low-quality responses as a result. 
  2. If we have not pre-approved your selected target audience, we may not be able to fulfill your desired sample size for more niche target audiences. We will get you as many as we can and let you know when we have exhausted our panel and can no longer collect additional responses.

Take note that the above will take Vase.ai's business hours into account, which is Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 6.30pm MYT, excluding federal public holidays and public holidays in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur.
