Understanding Your Translation Options
When adding a new language to your survey, you now have three distinct paths to choose from:

Custom upload: Ideal if your team has already prepared the translated text. This was previously known as the "I have my own translation" option.

Pro translation service: Need white-glove support? Choose this option to have our Customer Success (CS) team handle the entire translation process for you. This was previously known as "Help me translate."

AI-powered translation (New!): Instantly generate highly accurate translations for your survey questions using our new artificial intelligence tool.
Step-by-Step: Generating an AI Translation
To translate your survey using the new AI feature, follow these simple steps:

Open your survey and navigate to the translation settings.

Select the target language you want to add to your survey.

Choose AI-powered translation as your preferred method.

Click the Start Translation button.

Select the specific survey questions you wish to translate.
Note: Thanks to recent workflow enhancements, generating your AI translations is incredibly fast. Regardless of your survey's Length of Interview (LOI) or the number of questions you select, the AI will generate your translations in under 1 minute.
