How to reach the team, and when to expect our responses! 

You may reach out to the following emails for the following purposes:

  • Research enquiries: expert@vase.ai
  • Billing and finance: finance@vase.ai

You may also reach out via the chat on our platform. Look for the icon on the bottom-right of the screen. 

Take note that you can expect a response at the most within one business day, and that the business hours we observe are Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 6.30pm MYT, excluding federal public holidays and public holidays in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur.
