How to ensure your respondents can select more than one answer option to your question!
You can enable multiple selection by using the following steps:

Open the question settings be clicking on the question number or the settings button, shown below:

Toggle the multiple selection on, as shown below.
Once you have enabled multiple selection in your question, make sure that if you have an answer option for "None of the above" or something similar, that you ensure this answer option is an exclusive answer option! See what an exclusive answer option is and how to set one here.
